Service Calls

Service Contracts

As your business grows, so does your infrastructure and that includes AV hardware.  Many companies do not have the staff to continuously service and maintain their meeting rooms and AV equipment.  Like all technology, eventually something will fail if not maintained regularly.  Think AV offers recurring service contracts where we maintain, service and provide status reports on all your AV related rooms and equipment.  If anything shows signs of failure, we will provide recommendations for upgrading or replacing the necessary components before it is too late.  Service visits range from weekly to yearly depending on your requirements.  Contact us so we can chat about what will work best for you!
